Let’s first tell you what Fun Miles is. Fun Miles is the Caribbean’s biggest and most popular consumer loyalty reward (card) program since 1998. The Fun Miles headquarters is based in Curaçao, and they are also operative in Aruba, Bonaire and St. Martin. With their (145) Fun partners at their side they are known for awesome saving and redemption promotions and campaigns, i.e. discounts, special offers and their famous end-of-year campaign. It was time to update their database, so Fun Miles cam up with the idea to do this as a street letter. But… How could we trigger the Fun Miles users to participate?
We thought of 4 scenarios; all main characters living in the same street. The catch was to motivate your neighbors to also participate, so the chances of your street being drawn were higher. In the first commercial that was previewed, you see neighbors surprisingly looking up at something big that was driving up their street. The giant FUN trailer was heading up their street. Why? Because they all participated to update their profiles and they won! By combining every generation in this concept, it makes it clear that Fun Miles is for everyone.
From this commercial we took off and created the offline and social media promotional items. Fun Miles brings more fun within your reach! Do you have your card already?
